Most items on our website are "order only" even if marked "in stock" we cant guarantee the item is available immediatley persons placing the order do so knowing we have advised that there may be several weeks before receiving goods.

Currency of Transactions
All invoices issued by Vitamin Bead are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and all
electronic transactions on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Tax
Orders within Australia are inclusive 10% GST.
Delivery Policy
AUSTRALIA: All products will be sent via express post satchel.
Standard delivery time is between 2-5 business days depending on your location.
NEW ZEALAND: All products will be sent via AIR MAIL.
Standard delivery time is between 2-7 business days depending on your location.
WORLD: Australia Post Registered Air Mail: All products will be sent via AIR
MAIL.
TRACKING. You´ll have to sign on delivery. Standard delivery time is between
1-3weeks depending on your location.

Merchandise and Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your product for any reason, products can be exchanged
or we can provide you with a credit if the product is returned its original
condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.
No refunds can be paid.
